Booking and Service Policies

  • Deposits

    When booking an appointment, there is a required non-refundable $100 deposit in order to reserve that time for you. This $100 will also go towards the final cost of services and will be taken off at your last session. It is non-refundable in all cases and cannot be transferred from you to another person. Multiple deposits for different services cannot be combined to cover cost of one service. You may RESCHEDULE your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. If it is after the 48 hours, you will need another deposit to book again. All cancellations forfeit their deposit, no matter the amount of notice given.

  • Reschedules/Cancellations

    If you need to reschedule for any reason, I ask to have notice 48 hours prior to the start of your appointment time and your deposit will be honored for your updated appointment date/time. In the case of a no-show or if your appointment is rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be forefeited.

    If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you may have to be rescheduled and a $75 rescheduling fee will be applied.

  • Touch-up appointments for PMU

    Your first touch up appointment is a required appointment in order to complete the PMU process. The first touch up is $200 as long as it is booked within 3 months of your inital appointment. The same cancellation policies apply to touch up appointments. After your first touch up, it is recommended to refresh your new tattoo every 1-2 years or until at least 50-80% of the color has faded since the last application.

  • Previous tattoo work

    If you have previously tattooed work, I require you email a clear picture of the area for approval before booking an appointment. If you book without an approval I cannot guarantee your appointment and may forfeit your deposit.

    Since I do not touch up other artists work, if you have previous cosmetic tattooing by another artist you will be charged first session pricing at minimum. Most cover ups will require multiple sessions in order to achieve the best results.

  • PMU Bundles

    I have an option to book a bundle if you’re interested in getting multiple services. You will be required to book an initial touch up following your first appointment. Services can be seperated into different days if needed, please just email me prior to booking to discuss. When booking online, it will show the total pricing that is split into two payments.

    Brows + Lips Bundle: $600 first session, $300 second session.

  • Client guest in the room

    Fresh Cosmetic Studio is an open concept studio with multiple artists working simultaneously. I politely ask that no friends or family members accompany you to the tattoo station, this is in order to help reduce distraction for other clients and artists. If you have company with you they are welcome to sit and wait in our front lobby area! Unfortunately, because of the tools necessary for most services are sharp and dangerous to work around, this policy also pertains to children, toddlers, and babies.

  • Right to refuse treatment

    Though extremely rare, I reserve the right to refuse treatment for the following reasons: undisclosed skin conditions (including suntans/sunburns), client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, any behavior which, in the opinion of the artist or studio owner, might compromise the artists’ ability to work safely and comfortably toward the desired results, or might disrupt other clients.

  • Payments

    Cash is always preferred. I also accept all major credits cards, Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp if cash is not attainable — a small service tax fee will be applied.
