Deposits

When booking a cosmetic tattoo appointment, there is a required non-refundable deposit of at least $100 in order to reserve that time for you. This $100 will also go towards the final cost of services. It is non-refundable in all cases and cannot be transferred from you to another person. Multiple deposits for different services cannot be combined to cover cost of one service.
Non-tattoo services do not require a deposit but will require a card on file.
Reschedulations & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule for any reason, I ask to have notice 48 hours prior to the start of your appointment time and your deposit will be honored for your updated appointment date/time. In the case of a no-show or if your appointment is rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be forefeited and a new deposit will be needed upon re-booking.
All cancellations forfeit the deposit no matter the amount of notice given.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you may have to be rescheduled and a $75 rescheduling fee will be applied.
Cosmetic Tattooing

Healed results will vary with each individual client. A minimum of TWO sessions is recommended but more sessions may be necessary depending on desired look. Examples like adding a few hair strokes or filling in a gap/spot is considered a full touch up.
Respect Others

Fresh Cosmetic Studio is an open-concept working enviroment. Please expect to be in the same room while others are also receiving treatments from other artists. While we strive to have a relaxing and calm enviroment, we ask everyone receiving services to please respect others’ personal space and be courteous to others.
If you prefer to receive your service while others are not present please email me and I’m happy to accomodate!
Payment

Cash is always preferred. I also accept all major credits cards, Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp if cash is not attainable — a small service tax fee will be applied.
